1. Add an option at the back-end settings to set the number of the days. According to that value, the arrival date will be shown( current date + number of days set at the back-end).

2. Also add an option in the back-end to set the cut-off time due to which when the customer bought after the cut-off time then the arrival date will be displayed as ( current date + number of days set at the back end +1 day) and before the cut off time the arrival date will be displayed as (current date + number of days set at the back end).
