How can I disable Opencart 2.3 API check?

0 like 0 dislike
I get error “Warning: You do not have permission to access the API!” When trying to edit order history in Opencart 2.3 single store setup I did for a customer. I know adding your IP to the API access list solves the problem, but only for the IP.

My customer seems to access the admin from various IP address per day and is beginning to consider it stressful to always add IP every time my client needs to edit orders.

Is it possible to disable this API check feature? I think it may have have to do with the /admin/controller/sale/order.php, but I have no clue what to change in the file.
