Admin Navigation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The LLMs Generator menu will appear on installation of the plugin as a new menu within the WordPress admin panel. AI Crawler Dashboard<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dashboard is the initial screen of LLMs Generator and gives the answer to the question \u2013 which AI crawlers crawl your llms.txt, how often, and what was requested? If a page cache, reverse proxy or CDN answers a repeated crawler request on its own, that request is not recorded. Crawlers that you block under Crawler Settings receive a 403 response and are not counted either.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4.5 Customizing the Dashboard Layout<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click Customize to enter layout mode. Every card gets a dashed outline, a remove (x) button and a drag handle, and the toolbar changes to Reset layout, Cancel and Save layout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Widget library panel also opens on the right. If enabled, the plugin creates and delivers llms.txt and llms-full.txt, keeps logs of visits by crawlers and triggers its own cron task. If disabled, llms.txt and llms-full.txt URLs return 404 Not Found and no generation or logging is done. Default: Disabled.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Store name: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Will be used as a headline (# Store name) of the two generated files. Mandatory field with a default value equal to your WordPress site name.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Store description: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plain-text description of your store, added as a quote line (&gt; description) under the store name. HTML is removed. It is a great place to provide information about the types of goods your offer, to whom you sell and where you send your goods, AI assistants use it as contextual information about your entire product catalog.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Products batch size: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number of products processed during each cron execution. Default: 30.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Categories batch size: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number of product categories processed during each cron execution. Default: 15.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pages batch <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">size<\/span><b>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number of pages processed during each cron execution. Smaller batches are safer on shared hosting, while larger batches finish generation sooner on powerful servers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>5.2 Respecting robots.txt and SEO Settings<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Respect robots.txt<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Skips URLs that your site&#8217;s robots.txt disallows for all crawlers (the User-agent: * group). This check is applied to the links you add under Include URL. Default: On.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Respect SEO settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Skips products, pages, posts and product categories that your SEO plugin marks as noindex. Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO and SEOPress are supported. It also removes any HTML wrapped in data-nosnippet or data-noindex (for example &lt;div data-nosnippet&gt;) from descriptions. Default: On.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>5.3 Crawler Visit Logging and Privacy<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Log crawler visits<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Records every request for llms.txt and llms-full.txt so that the Dashboard can report on it. Default: On.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Log IP addresses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Stores the requesting IP address with each recorded visit. An IP address is personal data, so turn this on only if your privacy policy covers storing crawler IP addresses. All other Dashboard features work without it. Default: Off.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Visit log retention (days)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Recorded visits older than this number of days are deleted automatically by the scheduled run. Enter 0 to keep every visit forever. In this example, only the Fashion and Offer categories are selected, so other categories are not listed in the files.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>7.3 Pages<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Includes WordPress pages such as About Us, Contact Us, Shop and your policy pages. Choosing only the pages that help a customer, and leaving out pages such as Cart, Checkout and My account, keeps the files focused and useful for AI assistants.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>7.4 Blog Posts<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Post details to include<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Show post categories and Show post tags add a Categories and a Tags line under each post in llms-full.txt.
