Before installing the module, confirm that your environment meets the following requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n Step 1 \u2013 Upload the module:<\/b> Log in to your PrestaShop back office. You can use it to set expectations, share next steps, or simply thank the customer for reaching out.<\/span><\/p>\n Reply Email<\/b>: Reply Email Content controls the format of manual replies sent by admins directly from the form submissions panel inside the back office.<\/span><\/p>\n All three email templates in <\/span>PrestaShop Survey Builder<\/b> support rich text formatting, including bold, italic, links, lists, and HTML, so your emails can match your store without any custom development.<\/span><\/p>\n Spam is a real problem for any public-facing form. The module integrates <\/span>spam protection from PrestaShop<\/b> with Cloudflare Turnstile, one of the most effective and user-friendly spam protection systems available. Unlike traditional CAPTCHA, which frustrates real users,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n To enable spam detection, toggle Enable Cloudflare Turnstile on, then enter your Site Key and Secret Key from your <\/span>Cloudflare dashboard<\/b>.
