Will it be on the shipments which we have created and registered OR parcels which we will hand over to them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suppose we have created and registered 10 shipments but handover only 8 parcels to them to deliver (As we do not want 2 shipments to be delivered). So now for this particular case, will they charge us for 10 shipments or 8?<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">They replied:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;<strong>Spring will only bill labels which have been scanned.
